Pin remote to titlebar

I would like to be able to pin the remote or a micro skin to the titlebar of the active window.

if you use firefox you could use foxytunes.
also there's a windowblinds skin that has this, it's a default one but the name escapes me at present.

i realize this isn't what you're asking BUT these options are available
